What we collect

Booking details you submit: name, email, phone, address, vehicle information and appointment preferences.
Contact form messages: name, email and message content.
Optional vehicle photos you choose to upload with a booking.

Why we collect it

To respond to and fulfil booking requests.
To reply to enquiries sent through the contact form.

How it's stored

Booking and contact data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and R2 storage for photos). Access is restricted to Nielsen Detailing's administrators.

Your rights

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact Nielsen Detailing using the details on the Contact page.
